Formwork and construction boards

Engineered to withstand concrete pouring and direct moisture exposure. Both faces are coated with a protective film that prevents water absorption and ensures quick, clean formwork stripping.

Depending on project requirements, these range from lightweight options with acacia cores for general construction to high-end versions featuring eucalyptus or hardwood cores and Class 3 phenolic resins, allowing cost-effective reuse of up to 12 times.

Anti-Slip and safety solutions

Engineered for applications where slip resistance is the top priority. Manufactured with heavy-duty cores (acacia/eucalyptus) and WBP or phenolic glues, their outer layer is hot-pressed with a textured pattern—either hexagonal (Hexaply) or Wiremesh. They represent the industrial standard for truck floors, trailers, scaffolding, and work platforms.

Marine grade Plywood

Designed to endure continuous exposure to water and harsh weather without delaminating. It features a 100% selected eucalyptus core completely free of internal voids or cracks, combined with structural phenolic bonding under the EN 314-2 Class 3 standard.

Processing and finishing panels

These options are tailored for component manufacturing, packaging, and joinery:

  • Raw Plywood: Features smooth, clean wood faces over stable cores. It is the ideal base if you plan to machine, paint, die-cut, or varnish panels in your own plant.
  • Melamine Plywood: Factory-laminated with melamine resin-impregnated decorative paper pressed under high heat and pressure. It eliminates shop-floor bottlenecks by delivering a scratch-resistant, uniform surface ready for direct assembly.

High-Strength structural panels (LVL)

Although based on laminated veneers, Laminated Veneer Lumber (LVL) is engineered specifically to bear heavy loads. Maintaining strict dimensional stability, it is used for both furniture components and heavy-duty technical packaging, as well as serving as a structural alternative to solid timber in beams, industrial pallets, or scaffold planks

  1. Operating environment: Standard adhesives perform well in dry indoor settings. However, for outdoor exposure or humid environments, always specify phenolic or WBP glues (Class 3).
  2. Core strength-to-weight Ratio: Acacia wood provides a lightweight, cost-effective option for general industrial uses. Meanwhile, eucalyptus and hardwood species ensure maximum elasticity and load-bearing strength.
  3. Indirect cost optimization: Assess whether pre-coated panels (phenolic film or melamine) can reduce labor hours and secondary finishing in your facilities.
